  • All critical control points are monitored and product handled with industry standard best practices
  • All suppliers are required to submit quality control certification that they adhere to all USDA, FDA and USDC guidelines and procedures
  • When product is received at our dock, each case receives a bar code that give us complete traceability through the supply chain
  • All cold rooms (coolers, freezers and holding rooms) are continually monitored for temperature variances
  • Delivery trailers are cleaned and sanitized to make sure there are no contaminants during the travel period
  • Our sales team is comprised of professionals who are knowledgeable, dependable and are experts in meat distribution
  • Our warehouse staff and delivery truck drivers are professional and courteous, many with special awards and certifications
